Trumpf Direct Terms of Service

These terms describe how Trumpf Direct handles sourcing inquiries, documentation reviews, distributor routing, and RFQ communications for industrial buyers. They are written for business users evaluating Tooling, Equipment & Machinery programs.

Use of the Site

Information on this site is provided for preliminary sourcing and planning. Product availability, pricing, service timing, and distributor coverage may change after a formal review. Buyers should not treat website content as a binding quotation, engineering approval, or installation instruction.

RFQ Submissions

When you send drawings, machine references, tooling lists, or service concerns, you authorize Trumpf Direct to review the information and route it to appropriate internal reviewers or distributor contacts. You are responsible for removing information you are not permitted to share.

RFQ submissions may be incomplete at the first contact stage. Trumpf Direct may respond with clarifying questions about machine model, material type, tolerances, bend requirements, part volumes, delivery expectations, installation constraints, service history, or distributor territory. A request for clarification is not a refusal to quote; it is part of the review process used to avoid mismatched equipment, missing tooling, unsupported service assumptions, or documents that cannot be reused for future orders.

Commercial Terms

Any purchase, service engagement, or distributor transaction requires a separate written agreement. Lead time, payment, warranty, freight, taxes, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed in that agreement.

References to certifications, regulatory standards, inspection practices, or industry requirements are informational unless a final agreement expressly states the required acceptance criteria. Buyers remain responsible for confirming that any quoted product, service, tooling package, or distributor route satisfies their internal compliance obligations and end-customer requirements.

Limitation

Trumpf Direct aims to provide careful sourcing coordination, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, machine performance, or regulatory acceptance unless such commitments are expressly included in a signed contract.

Website materials may include planning language, example workflows, and general sourcing practices. These materials do not replace professional engineering review, safety assessment, operator training, or official equipment documentation. If a conflict exists between website content and a signed commercial document, the signed document controls.
