Contact Trumpf Direct

Send the machine model, part family, tooling question, or service concern. We route the request through a structured review before a distributor or specialist is assigned. The more context you provide, the faster we can identify the right path: current machine model, material thickness, bed size, bend radius, tooling references, automation requirements, spare-part issues, service urgency, and the commercial deadline your team is working toward.

What Happens After You Contact Us

A Trumpf Direct coordinator reviews the inquiry, separates urgent service questions from sourcing questions, and checks whether the request needs distributor routing, tooling review, equipment availability, or documentation support. If you are replacing an older machine, we may ask for serial data, current service notes, and the part family that is driving the change. If you are planning a repeat production program, we look for the details that will matter later: consumable lists, bend tooling assumptions, maintenance intervals, installation constraints, and inspection expectations. The aim is to return a clear next step rather than a vague promise to follow up. Buyers receive a practical route, a list of missing inputs, and the contact path needed to keep the program moving.

Two-column RFQ form

Share the Package You Need Reviewed

Use the form below for laser cutting systems, press brake tooling, tube laser cells, spare parts, distributor routing, or repeat-order documentation. You do not need a perfect RFQ package before starting. A rough drawing, machine name, service description, or purchase deadline is enough for us to begin sorting the request. If the inquiry is urgent, include the downtime risk and target decision date.
